I have an idea. Many members of forum know foreign language (at least they say it :)
In this topic you can prove it. Write what languages do you know, how you learned them, do you have any practice, etc. Furthermore, you can write off the top of your’s head. I hope you'll keep up this topic.

Everybody speak words like "fuck" in England and USA. But it's censored in Russia. So, do you think, will I ban you when you say "fuck"?

PS I think my english is very bad but other people think different.

I have been studying English at school during eleven years. This year I passed the exam (NEF - National Examination Form) and my result is nighty four scores. The exam was rather easy. It was a pity that oral examination was abolished.
Moreover, I have been studying German since six grade, however, I couldn't learn it at all :)))

Oh, this word is so popular in american films, so I think it is not "bad word" yet :)))

No offense, but I really don't get it. How did you manage to get a score this high if I can count three mistakes in your posts so far? And, off the record, my score is 80. No, something's definitely wrong here.

Hey guys. I guess that really doesn't matter how much did each of you score... :) For example, I've never actually learned English, I hated my lessons, I refused to answer when teacher asked me to go to the blackboard and I never did my homework :D

Yep, you're right. It doesn't matter at all and never actually did. At my university, that is. But still, onw thing about you confuses me: why did you hate your lessons that much? A personal conflict?

Allow me. Though all these mistakes are not quite important, just nuances =)
1. "at least they say it" - The meaning of this phrase would be confusing for an english-speaker as he thinks that "it" refers to "english". That's why the phraes is used as either "At least they say so" or "At least they say they do".
2. "during eleven years" - I've never seen or heard anyone using "during" with time. In all examples, it's "for eleven years".
3. "This year I passed the exam" - Once again, not very critical, but still. You've already passed it, haven't you? So, I guess, it should be in present perfect.

Same thing. Exept for hating lessons. I'm really enjoy it. Of course, I'm still suck, but I'm the best in my group...

Funny how it's always wrong with me. I hated my teacher (she pronounced "Paris" as "Perish", for god's sake!) and enjoyed lessons.
