Еще раз подцмав предположу что это может Быть Малик, и его "Days of heaven". Ибо там была похожая сцена.

Так. Это выглядит как мультик. Но с чего бы ты стал загадывать мультик в теме про фильмы? Следовательно, предположу "Помутнение" (A Scanner Darkly).

Ну хорошо, уговорили ;)
Подсказка: после своего выхода фильм получил несколько телевизионных продолжений, но их почти никто не видел. А вот совершенно бездарный ремейк, сделанный несколько лет назад, видели очень и очень многие.

В советское время происходящее в фильме считалось практически невозможным. Действие фильма происходит более 30 лет назад.
